For Easter, Excelsior Hotel Gallia presents a refined collection of handcrafted chocolate eggs, all made with the exclusive Cuvée Privée Excelsior Hotel Gallia.
Each creation is crafted from a 76% Noir dark chocolate, sourced from a blend of Criollo, Trinitario, and Forastero cocoa beans, slow fermented, medium roasted, and stone ground for 65 hours to achieve a deep, velvety texture. The result reveals elegant notes of jasmine, coffee, milk, and vanilla, with delicate toasted hints of cereals and hazelnuts.
The artisan eggs are available in three flavors:
