To celebrate Easter with exquisite pastries, the Pastry Chef of Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Stefano Trovisi, presents two specialties: the refined chocolate Easter eggs and the traditional Neapolitan pastiera. Handcrafted using four varieties of pure Valrhona chocolate, these Easter eggs enhance quality and intense flavor, while the pastiera, one of the most iconic desserts of Neapolitan cuisine, with its fragrant shortcrust pastry, creamy ricotta filling, cooked wheat, and the unmistakable aroma of orange blossom, celebrates Easter with flavor and tradition, offering an authentic and refined experience.
