BABL: Be Authentic, Be Local. "BABL (Be Authentic Be Local)" is Gallia Bar & Lounge's epicurean sharing concept. Inspired by Italy's origins and traditions, Babl is based on the art of sharing what's on the table.

Here, traditional Milanese recipes are reinterpreted by what our Chef calls his "southern soul."
