Vincenzo Lebano is the Executive Chef at Excelsior Hotel Gallia. Originally from Campania, he continues to bring his distinctive culinary vision to Terrazza Gallia, blending the warmth and richness of Mediterranean flavors with the elegance and precision of Milanese hospitality. Known for his innovative yet balanced cuisine, Chef Vincenzo celebrates his southern roots while drawing inspiration from local traditions to create a truly contemporary dining experience.

With an instinctive sense of creativity and a strong drive for innovation, Chef Andrea Calia Di Dio leads the kitchen at Terrazza Gallia. His inspiration is deeply rooted in his painter father's artistic vision and the genuine flavors of his grandmother's cooking, resulting in dishes where colors and aromas come together in truly memorable sensory experiences. After years spent abroad in renowned restaurants, he returned to Italy to bring his vision home, sharing a deeply personal and contemporary expression of gastronomy with every guest.

Head Sommelier
Graduated in oenology from the University of Milan, after a training course focused on cellar management and service, Paolo decided to devote himself completely to sommellerie, achieving over time important awards and recognitions. Paolo Porfidio possesses a versatile and young vision of food pairing, with a solid Italian taste, but with surprising flashes of internationality. The wine list he offers is extensive: it covers all Italian regions, France and main areas of the world, with a focus on Champagne, bubbles and small producers.

Despite his young age, he has gained extensive experience working in international establishments and Michelin-starred restaurants. While he laid the foundation of his career abroad, it was in his homeland, Italy, where he truly blossomed. Returning to Italy and the Marriott Group, Giuseppe's determination, professionalism, and expertise, paired with his empathetic and passionate approach, allow him to warmly welcome guests at Terrazza Gallia, making them feel instantly at ease while ensuring a refined and memorable dining experience.
