    On Easter day, an unmissable Lunch will welcome you at the panoramic Terrazza Gallia Restaurant, on the 7th floor of the hotel. This culinary journey will start with a sumptuous buffet followed by a choice of first and second courses, culminating in the irresistible dessert cart: chocolate eggs, colomba, and pastiera.

    EASTER MERENDA

    From March 22nd to April 1st, each afternoon from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, the ritual of the "Easter Merenda" will be served at the Gallia Bar & Lounge, on the ground floor of the hotel: a selection of the best teas, herbal teas, hot chocolates and coffees paired with a menu that honor not only Campania and Apulia, respective homelands of Lebano brothers and Pastry Chef Trovisi, but also Piedmont, Veneto and Sicily. As desserts: Easter cakes, Neapolitan pastiera, Venetian fugassa, Sicilian cassatine and Apulian pastatelle.

    GALLIA BAR

    EASTER COLOMBA & GALLIA CHOCOLATE EGG

    Starting from March 1st, both the Easter Colomba and the Chocolate Egg, both signed by Pastry Chef Stefano Trovisi, will be available for purchase at Gallia Bar and on cosaporto.it. The Easter Colomba is a soft dough made with AOP (DOP) butter from the Ardenne region and organic eggs, enriched with the aromatic notes of Navel candied oranges and a blend of Tahitian and Madagascan vanillas. The Gallia Chocolate Egg, on the other hand, unique in its kind, is the result of entirely handmade processing using four different varieties of pure Valrhona chocolate, adorned with a butterfly and a rabbit, both made of chocolate:
